What is the first appointment like?

On your first appointment, our friendly staff will have you sign in and fill out some forms. If you have your forms completed before the appointment,  let the staff enter your information in our system. Once you are in our system,  our experienced and trained team will guide you through every step from taking radiographs, examination through treatment planning and check out. We strive to make every step of your visit as smooth as possible. So, do not hesitate to ask us with any concern or questions.

I am in a lot of dental pain, can I walk-in for a check-up?

Due to the pandemic COVID-19 situation, we only see patients by appointment. We always recommend to have an appointment in advance for better service. However, if there’s any cancellations we see walk-in patients for any needed prescriptions and as much as the schedule allows we do urgent care. Please, give us a call beforehand to check the schedule and available times.

I have a different type of insurance, can you check if my dental insurance covers some of the dental procedures?

We accept a wide array of PPO dental plans. Even if we are out-of-Network, some PPO insurance companies cover part of certain dental procedures. We are more than happy to check your insurance coverage, so bring your dental insurance card and your ID on your day of your visit to our clinic.

Do you offer any specials?

We try to make your dental visits as accessible as possible. Check our promotions every now and then by clicking on top of the page on Specials tab – We accept Care Credit® and we can help you apply for it. There are payment plans like Lending Point® and also we have in office plans called Mi YDC plan – click on Specials tab for details.

Do you have parking?

Parking is two hours FREE for Mi Dental patients inside the BE DTLA apartment complex at a RETAIL PARKING SPOT. The parking entrance is on 6th Street next to Starbucks, or Bixel Street between 6th and Wilshire Blvd. If there is no space available inside, meter street parking is the next option or public parking on Lucas Ave with a flat rate of $10 – Athena Parking Inc.

Do you allow any pets?

We only allow service dogs – leashed and licensed – for patients who need assistance from them during their visits.

Do I fill the forms in advance?

You can fill your forms on the day of your visit OR in advance online before the date of your appointment. There are six sections to read, fill and sign. Enter your information as much as you can. Our staff will go over your paperwork if there is any required information missed to be filled and signed.
