Mi YDC PLAN
Mi Dental top priority is to provide you and your family dental care as accessible as possible. In doing so, we have created the Mi Yearly Dental Care in office plan, to ensure you are able to receive such care at a reasonable fee. This plan has no limitations or exclusions as do traditional insurance companies, and there is no premium. By choosing the plan, you and your family can expect quality and affordable care with our customized service each and every visit.
Unlike traditional dental insurance policies that come with limitations and yearly maximums, the plan offers you dental treatment with no time or waiting period restrictions.
**These plans are recommended for patients with no insurance or for those whose treatment plan cost exceeds their insurance’s yearly maximum.
YDC PLAN OPTION 1
- Adults & older than 16 – 375 per year
- Children under 16 – 315 per year
Enrollment with the YDC Plan for one year include:
- Bi-annual regular cleanings: Members who require deep cleanings can apply the value of two regular cleanings fee towards their cleaning fee and receive an additional 15% discount on the balance.
- Annual Oral examination by your Dr.
- Annual Periodontal examination
- Annual set of bitewings xrays and necessary periapical xrays
- Annual panoramic xrays
15% discount off all dental procedures, including specialty services
PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE DATE OF SERVICE
YDC PLAN OPTION 2
- Adults & older than 16 – 175 per year
- Children under 16 – 125 per year
Enrollment with this plan for one yr will include:
15% discount off dental procedures
(initial exam, radiographs, cleanings, and all specialty services)
A BENEFIT to any patient who requires more than 1,000 of dental care
PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE DATE OF SERVICE
10% Student Discount
College Students (or students from a Vocational Institution) with no dental insurance, can get 10% discount on all preventive care and diagnostic dental treatment necessary. Need to present student ID.

15% Senior Discount
Senior citizens (age 65 and up) with no dental insurance are offered 15% in all preventive and diagnostic dental treatment. Need to present ID.
